Traces of structures made from industrial materials run through every PIU project, custom crafted by our own metal workers. When the detail a room needs does not exist, we build it.

- Steel and glass structuresGlass walkways, frameless panels and mezzanine glazing that add level and access without stealing a room's light, as in the Balestier Penthouse library.
- Custom joineryFeature shelving and cabinetry designed with the space, so the storage is part of the room rather than furniture placed in it.
- Floors and finishesDetails you only find on a second look, like levelled timber floorboards that let water drain through so a bathroom stays dry.
